Customer relationship platform for companies to improve customer interactions and support.

The Almo platform consists of three primary modules and multiple secondary/support modules.

Primary Modules

1. Almo Chat: This AI-powered chatbot is trained on your content, including your website and documents, to provide human-like conversational skills.
2. Genie Co-pilot: This module serves as a valuable assistant for your support team, using automated responses to help resolve support tickets. It is trained on your support tickets and knowledge base.
3. Marvin Agents: These AI agents are trained on standard operating procedures (SOPs) for your partners and customers, simplifying recurring tasks such as partner onboarding, refund management, order management, and internal communications.

Secondary/Support Modules

1. Customer Sentiment Analysis: This module provides consumer analytics based on interactions between customers and bots or humans at various stages of their journey. It helps determine customer loyalty, segment customers into groups based on different factors, and identify necessary corrective measures for customer support.
2. Integrations: The Almo platform integrates with various platforms used by customers for different aspects of customer engagement, providing a seamless support experience.
3. Organisational Training: Since Almo is trained on a company’s knowledge base, it can serve as a training co-pilot for new recruits, answering questions about customer support and experience processes.
