Sendblue is an iMessaging platform designed to work with Zapier and other no-code tools, making it easier to automate marketing and sales. One of its key features is SMS Fallback, which automatically converts iMessages to SMS when sent to a non-Apple device. This feature ensures that messages are delivered smoothly, regardless of the recipient’s device type.
Our API supports sending iMessage, SMS, and MMS, with and without coding. The platform is user-friendly, allowing users to send messages quickly and efficiently. The Sendblue API follows standard REST API guidelines, making it possible to send outbound iMessage and SMS globally. It includes features like request form-encoding and message status tracking using webhooks.
Sendblue also offers a Group iMessaging Beta feature that allows users to send iMessages and SMS to groups. This feature can be useful for various applications, including client communication and personal messaging. Additionally, our integration with Twilio streamlines the messaging process. With this integration, Sendblue automatically sends an iMessage if the recipient’s phone supports it, and falls back to SMS otherwise. This eliminates the need for users to differentiate between iMessage-capable and other phones.
